Fawad Khan to star in Nitin Kakkar’s next Film? – Director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra signed Nitin Kakkar who is known for his debut directorial ‘Filmistan’ movie released in 2012 to helm ‘Fanney Khan’ Since then Mehra was seen busy with ‘Mirziya.’ Now Salman Khan and BR Productions has signed Nitin to direct a movie which the latter will be co-producing, and it is supposed that film will go on the floors soon. So, it seems like rumors can defeat light in terms of traveling fast in B-Town. Now the buzz is that Fawad Khan has been signed for Nitin’s next film which he is doing for BR Productions and Salman Khan. As Nitin has quoted that they are still working on finalizing the cast. “I don’t know who is spreading such rumors about Fawad being signed for the project. As soon as someone is signed, we will announce. We should stay away from such speculative exercise,” says Nitin.
It is not the first time that rumors about actors and directors created news. However, some rumors later on become real. Apart from this, Fawad will be soon seen with Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma in the upcoming drama movie ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ directed by Karan Karan Johan. But the Pakistani actor is facing many difficulties from Bollywood as well as from politics. As Maharashtra Navnirman Sena recently threatened Pakistani artists such as Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan to leave India and guess what?! It seems that Karan Johar has taken the threat very seriously as his upcoming flick ‘ADHM’ also features Fawad. Apparently, Fawad’s name is missing from the starring credits in both teaser and the trailer of the film.

Also, the actor has been credited for being in a small yet important starring role by KJ; his name has been removed out from the end credits which can be seen in the trailer. See the below two pictures which confirm that his named has been deleted from the starring credits.
What wonder if Karan Johar is doing because of MNS(Maharashtra Navnirman Sena) guess only he can answer that. And, currently, the Fawad Khan is in Pakistan as he is expecting his second baby and his presence is compulsory with his wife.
At this controversy which surround Fawad Khan and other Pakistani actors, Nitin feels that an artist does not belong to any country and religion “The high-decibel rhetoric can only shrink the cultural space which artists irrespective of their countries occupy,” adds the director.
